The FBI office in Louisville released an updated statement regarding the shooting in Pulaski County:

"The FBI agent wounded during today’s execution of a federal arrest warrant has been released from the hospital. The subject remains in stable condition.

The agent was shot while serving an arrest warrant at a constable's home,

We learned that the constable, Gary Baldock, was the second person who was shot in the incident. He is recovering from non-life-threatening injuries.

FBI officials said when agents ordered Baldock to come outside, he fired through his window and hit one agent. Another agent fired back and hit Baldock.

Baldock is one of two Pulaski County constables who had federal warrants for their arrests. Michael Wallace was arrested Friday morning and appeared in court later that day. He was arraigned and released on strict rules, including giving up his guns and constable title.

"He's worked hard and he's regarded to be on this side of the law, and obviously with the news of the shooting with the FBI agent that involved his colleague, very sad, very sad day," said Robert Norfleet, Wallace's attorney.

who found himself in the middle of a shooting involving an FBI agent at a Pulaski County constable's house.

"I heard over the loudspeaker 'Gary Baldock, open up. This is the FBI.' and I jumped up and I went in the hallway and looked through the window," said the neighbor. "And in the dark a guy dressed in black with a gun leaning over the hood of my truck."

The FBI has not said who did the shooting in this situation. We know the FBI agent was hurt, along with a second person who has not been identified. The agent was there to arrest Gary Baldock as part of a month-long investigation.

A second Pulaski County constable, Mike Wallace, was arrested that morning. He was arraigned later that afternoon. Both were indicted for unreasonable searches and seizures.

FBI officials said they could be at the house through the night.

New information was released about why an FBI agent was in Pulaski County when the agent and another person were shot.

the FBI was serving arrest warrants for two Pulaski County constables, Gary Baldock and Michael Wallace. The FBI agent was at Baldock's home on Mountain View Drive when the shooting happened.

The FBI reports the agent and the second person who was shot are both stable in the hospital, but still have not identified who that second person is.

that Wallace was arrested Friday morning. An investigation that began last month led to the two arrest warrants and indictments for conspiracy against rights, specifically regarding unreasonable searches and seizures.

The FBI office in Louisville sent the following updated statement regarding a shooting in Pulaski County involving one of their agents:

"FBI Louisville can confirm at this time that both the FBI agent and the subject are in stable condition. We will continue to provide updates if further details become available."

The injured agent was executing a federal arrest warrant.

Officials still have not released details about the second person who was injured.

We're following a developing story out of Pulaski County.

Officials with the FBI office in Louisville has confirmed that one of their agents was injured in a shooting Friday morning.

"The FBI is reviewing an agent-involved shooting which occurred early in the morning on Friday, March 6th during the execution of a federal arrest warrant. One subject and one FBI special agent were wounded. In accordance with FBI policy, the shooting incident is under investigation by the FBI’s Inspection Division. The review process is thorough and is conducted as expeditiously as possible under the circumstances. Due to the ongoing nature of this review, FBI Louisville will have no further comment at this time."

A viewer sent our sister station WKYT a picture from the scene, which they are reporting is near Lake Cumberland Regional Airport.

Another person, who was not identified, was also shot. We do not know the conditions of the injured.
